- We had embarked on initiatives for the wellbeing of all employees by:
- Registering eligible employees under the ESIC Scheme.
- Conducting regular health checkup camps.
- Conducting regular health checkup camps.
- Arranging Health talks by doctors from renowned hospitals.
- Appointed Factory Medical Officer.
- Celebrates National Safety Week every year.
- Continuous improvement on working conditions by improving processes.
4. Quality education
- We help Educational Institutes by allowing their students undergo OJT (On Job Trainings), Industrial Visits and do Summer Projects.
- Okay Fern also recruits people from local ITIs as Apprentices and help them become more employable and if possible absorb them on our rolls.
- We have been helping local ITI Trainees to undergo On Job Training in their factory and increase their employability. TATA Strive and Siemens have recognized our efforts towards this initiative and they expressed the gratitude and awarded us Certificate of recognition.
- We also give donation to NGOs. We have donated many times to Advantage Nashik Foundation, an NGO, which is working on spreading awareness about Traffic Rules and Imparting Training on Defensive Driving. Helping society in reducing road accidents.

6. clean water & sanitation
- We make our Rain Harvested Water percolate under the ground and endeavor to increase the water table in the vicinity. Our area receives scanty rainfall and water is always scarce in this region.
- We believe our small effort will have trickle effect on the overall efforts for the increasing water table and availability of clean water to the society.
- Our plant is Zero Discharge plant. No water is allowed to go out. All water either used for domestic purpose or for the industrial purpose are reated and recycled for watering trees and greenery developed on the periphery of the factory.
7. affordable & clean energy
- We have installed Solar Panel all over the roof of our factory and generating an average of 1100 KWh power every day. In the process we reduce of carbon foot prints and contributing for Clean energy. We have shifted from Furnace Oil to LPF fuel for our Shell Baking Furnace. It has been our endeavor to contribute for the Environment and for the flora and fauna.

- At Okay Fern everyone is treated with dignity and decent working conditions are offered to everyone to perform their tasks with pride. All work places are nicely ventilated, appropriately lit and ergonomically designed. All are given opportunity to grow economically by giving them scope for moving upward in their career with handsome remunerations.

- We help our customers in Value Analysis and Value Engineering and as a corollary their cost and impact on environment gets reduced. Recently we have been recognized by our renowned customer, Royal Enfield, the leading manufacturers of high end motorcycles for this initiatives.
12. responsible consumption & production
- We, at Okay Fern, focus more on responsible consumption by recycling raw materials and contributing to clean environment. To exemplify our above initiatives, we have installed Shell Crushing Unit, which helps us reclaim used sand. STP and ETP also installed to recycled polluted water and use it for our gardening purpose.
