Prior to dispatch, our manufactured components undergo the following QC tests:-100% Visual Inspection-Dimension Inspection as per the Quality Plan-100% Chemical Analysis-Destructive & Non Destructive tests.-Metallographic Examination-Mechanical properties, if necessary. Latest Metallurgical and chemical lab setup equipped with 5 base emission spectometer ( Fe, CU, NI, CO, Al ) with nitrogen checking , magnetic particle testing for crack detection, liquid penetration testing, brinell hardness testing, rockwell hardness testing etc.
Several quality inspection steps, as well as stage-by-stage ownership of product quality responsibility, are applied throughout the development and manufacturing processes. Chemical analysis and mechanical properties inspections are performed on all alloys. Okay fern Quality Assurance System has been qualified according to ISO 9001:2008 & ISO/TS 16949 : 2009
